Delete Your Harrowbound Account
This page explains how to request deletion of your Harrowbound account and what happens to your data when you do.
Option 1: Delete in the app
The fastest way to delete your account is directly inside Harrowbound:
- 1 Open Harrowbound on your device.
- 2 Tap the Settings icon (gear icon in the main menu).
- 3 Tap Account.
- 4 Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion after a 7-day grace period. If you change your mind during the grace period, contact support@prairiedigitalstudios.com.
Option 2: Request by email
If you can no longer access the app, email us from the address linked to your account:
support@prairiedigitalstudios.comInclude your player ID or the email address linked to your account. Once we verify the request, your account is scheduled for deletion with the same 7-day grace period.
What happens to your data

Deleting your account permanently removes access to any purchases, subscriptions, virtual currency, and virtual items associated with it. The retained records above cannot restore that access.
