Delete Your Veilborne Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Veilborne account and what happens to your data when you do.

Option 1: Delete in the app

The fastest way to delete your account is directly inside Veilborne:

1 Open Veilborne on your device.
2 Tap the Settings icon (gear icon in the main menu).
3 Tap Account.
4 Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion within 7 days.

Option 2: Request by email

If you can no longer access the app, email us from the address linked to your account:

Include your player ID or the email address linked to your account. We will process the deletion within 7 days of receiving your request.

Note: Deleting your Veilborne account does not automatically cancel any active subscriptions or in-app purchases made through Google Play or the App Store. Manage those separately in your store account settings.
